This is the great patch based on Phoenix 2012 (possibly) and one of the good patches that released for 2012-13 season. Made by a Turkish team called PESBOX, which is one of the legendary patcher teams in the PES patching history, like they also made for the PES2013 game too!
The patch includes:
English Premier League
Spanish Liga BBVA
Italian Serie A
German Bundesliga
Other European Clubs
Turkish SporToto SuperLig (+ Basel)
Other South American Clubs
Turkish PTT 1.Lig
since the base they used is already great. Regarding the language they used, the commentary and in-game menu text use Turkish language. But well, not all text strings are modified.
