This is the one he said "the best patch ever existed". Well, can't deny it though. It has EVERYTHING!
With over 100 NEW TEAMS IN THE PATCH!
The league are split with just 4 main leagues, which are: English Premier League; Spanish La Liga; German Bundesliga; and Italian Serie A.
Released around early July 2009, not long after Ronaldo, Kaka, and Benzema joined Real Madrid. This patch is updated with some 2009-10 transfers, kinda unfortunate but at least we have the patch.
The new teams now are joined inside this UEFA League and World League
However, there are flaws that we have with the patch. The patch is not a complete 2008-09 season since some summer transfers are already been made (like Ronaldo and Ibrahimovic). The UI/graphics element is not included since the person who sent me removed it. He reverted it to the default cause he only want the teams.
Also, this patch is not recommended to play BAL, because seujair, the creator, replaced the two teams from the scouting match at the beginning with Euro and World All-Stars, so it might be harder to start you on a good team.
